Alex Jones LIVE at the UT Union Ballroom
For over a decade local activist Alex Jones has been restlessly informing people about what is actually going on behind the scenes in our country and throughout the world. Starting with a modest public access show and armed with only a megaphone, Alex Jones has grown to be an internationally recognized radio talk-show host and ground-breaking documentary film maker. Through his empowering message and passion for truth, he has transformed the face of alternative news and information.
UT student organization, A Project for the New American Citizen presents a call to arms by Alex Jones, with a lecture on state-sponsored terrorism, the emerging police state and the Neo-Cons plan for the Middle East.
Come seize the opportunity to see Alex Jones live at the University of Texas Union Ballroom (24th and Guadalupe) on February 1st at 7:30 P.M. Alex’s lecture will be followed with a Q & A in the ballroom. Then a short appearance at Brave New Books at 1904 Guadalupe.

We need to get the students to rally around 911 truth movements just like in the 60's the students in the major western capitals made history by protesting against the wars, the corruption and the ever-increasing tyranny...

Troy, what you have said is a false statement. Many people do care, as is evident by the packed house at the UT Union, with many people standing in the back, and police turning people away due to fire code.
For those who were not able to make it, the evening was an amazing night of solidarity for truth. A BIG THANK YOU to PNACitizens group for organizing this event! As Alex said, Austin is the center of this growing movement. We have a unique opportunity to participate in something that will make our great grandchildren proud -we stood up to tyranny while there was still time.
Let our differences not divide us, but to seek common ground always. Let us show the way for others to follow. Be the difference you want to see in the world!

My sole previous sighting of Infowars (being more of a nature-boy than a news-junkie) was in the form of something like an indian hieroglyph spray-painted above the west bank of Bull Creek just downstream of the doggie park, so I was glad to get a chance to hear Alex Jones speak at the UT Union thursday night. He's done a great job of researching & raising telling questions about the 9/11 farce (if apparent acts of treason by our leaders can be called a farce, simply because the political system they emanate from is a farce), but was disappointed that more time wasn't allotted for audience discussion of the questions raised, amused to see Alex ranting at the end after warning us that the enemy thrived on such fecklessness (as it simply persuaded them that they could easily have their way with us), & distressed to see him falling into the time-disproven trap of polarization, dividing the world up into "us" & "them", then pointing the finger at "them" as the source of all our problems.
If our diminishing freedom is a direct result of the global population explosion (as seems obvious to me; our forebearers knew perfectly well that freedom requires "elbow-room", that's why they came over here in the first place), then it doesn't make much sense to point the finger at "them" who have been forced over to the dark-side by population pressures, nor does it seem very productive to follow Alex's advice to do the opposite of what the enemy wants us to do, if the enemy is us!
P.S. For an exposition of the evils of the population-explosion just as comprehensive as Alex's expose of 9/11, see http://dieoff.com/ & http://www.figu.org/, disregarding only the latter's despotic solution to the problem, and their attempt to replace the worship of God with the worship of Spacemen (who their leader is in close touch with).
